Delete account
On this page you can ask for your Mezona account to be deleted without using the app. First confirm your phone number with an SMS code.
What happens
Your account is deactivated straight away, and your personal data (phone number, profile, scan history, favourites) is deleted for good after 25 days. If you sign in again before then, the deletion is cancelled. Product photos you sent are kept, but no longer linked to you. Backups may keep the data for up to 14 more days.
If an account is registered to this number, an SMS code has been sent to it.
